Who we are
This website is operated by Arveja Jewellery Trading LLC (Trade Licence No. 1401758, TRN 104750233900001), Clover Bay, Office 2402-B-36, Plot No. 42-0, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. What the enquiry form collects
When you send a trade enquiry, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- if you provide them: your company, phone or WhatsApp number, and message;
- the product you are interested in, and any purity, volume and destination details you add.
To protect the form against abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is held in memory only and is not stored with your enquiry. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs for security and reliability.
If you choose “Send via WhatsApp”, your message is sent through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Why we use it
- to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal;
- to take the steps you ask for before entering into a trade agreement;
- to meet our legal obligations, including the know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering rules that apply to dealers in precious metals in the UAE, if a business relationship follows.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, who handle data only on our instructions:
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) delivers the enquiry form to our inbox by email.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc.) hosts this website and runs the form’s server function.
These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up and keep a record of our correspondence. If you become a client, we keep the records the law requires us to keep for the period it requires, which for due-diligence records is at least five years after the relationship ends. Email delivery logs at Resend are kept for a limited period under Resend’s own retention policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw any consent you gave. Email info@arveja.ae and we will respond within 30 days. Some data we may have to keep to meet a legal obligation; we will tell you if that is the case.

Security
The website is served over HTTPS only, the form is protected against spam and abuse, and access to enquiries is limited to the people at Arveja who need it to answer you.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
